About the Brewery: Komatsu Shuzo
This may be the smallest brewery we work with! Located in southern Japan, their style is expressive of the regional sake character: juicy, fruity and a balanced sweetness that makes it so enjoyable to drink. The brewery consists of a small team of only five workers making each sake by hand. You can feel their products are expressive and speaks to you with the comforting umami and sweetness derived from the fermentation. The love that goes into the product and modernization of ancient sake styles make stheir products exemplary among others.
