Using only the highest quality yuzu in Japan (a type of citrus fruit), the yuzu sake has a nice texture with residual fruit pulp. The fruit is infused in high quality Junmai Ginjo sake.  All flavors and colours are completely natural. This intense and versatile Yuzu sake can be enjoyed in a various ways: straight, on the rocks, mixed with sparkling water, or as a base for cocktails and long drinks.
