The driest sparkling sake in our portfolio, it has a silky texture, herbal tone and minerality on the finish. It is a very elegant sparkling sake that was made using secondary in-bottle fermentation to produce the natural bubbles, like champagne.

Ushioni is a well respected and rarely witnessed Yokai (monster from Japanese folklore) that appears in front of human beings to deliver forewarnings. We give you here a precaution: once you taste Ushioni, there is no way back and you will end up coming back to it over and over again…
