Tastes like: Sweet & sour, light yogurt and cereal, soft perlage

Very pleasant, hazy sparkling sake. The perlage is from the secondary fermentation done in the bottle, just like champagnes. The bubbles are so fine and comfortable on the palate, making the sweet-sour juicy taste of this sake even more joyful. It serves perfectly as an aperitif and a pairing drink to light dishes. It goes well with soft cheeses. There are some sediment in the bottle, that gives some body and the beautiful hazy look in the glass.
