Made with one of the best plum quality, grade A Nanko plums Wakayama prefecture, a very strong plum flavor with light sweet almonds comes through. It has a nice complexity and medium sweetness that makes this very easy to enjoy.

About the Brewery: Senkin Shuzo

The brewery's symbol is composed of three ellipses representing tradition, love and avant-garde and this expresses very well the style and values of their products. The brewery is now in its 11th generation run by two brothers who upholds the ancient brewing traditions from hundreds of years ago. The avante garde aspect is finding their success in creating sakes that have a wine-like acidity and sweetness. Their love is not only for the products and traditions, but also for the nature; their under-ground sourced water is used to grow their own rice fields.
