It reminds me of those really quiet spring evenings when the flowers are in bloom and the smell of jasmine and lillies fills the air. This shochu is a gorgeous floral and herbal concoction that is very pleasing to all palates. It has a fragrance of light sweetness and an herbel depth that is very soothing. The white flowers are dominant and brings a remarkable complexity.

About the Distillery: Issho / Komaki Jozo

Rich, earthy and smooth, the shochus produced by Komaki Jozo reflects the earth and nature that surrounds its distillery. The distillery uses a combination of the Qvevri natural wine production method and their century old Satsuma earthenware jars to create their distinct style.
