Dio Abita means " God resides" in Italian. It is brewed with the mountain water of Mt. Miwa, called "Water of God", where it is believed that the god of sake resides. The juiciness and lemonade-like aroma is so fun and lively, you can feel the energy of the young brewing craftsmen.

About the Brewery: Mimurosugi / Iminashi Shuzo

Founded in 1660 in the ancient land of Nara prefecture, this temple brewery embraces the history and tradition of 360 years. The water they use to brew their sake is from the mountain water of Miwayama, where the God of Sake is believed to reside. The brewery hand craft their sake with the legacy of Japanese mythology and local rice and water blessed by the god of sake.
