Tastes like: salted caramel, powdered dark chocolate, melon, pink peppercorn, dried goji berry

This sake is like Berlin; the more you seek the more different elements start to appear. It is layered and complex; each sip brings out more character and energy. The first impression is caramelly and oily, then gradually vivid menerality starts to show up. Once you roll it on your palate you can pick up the enjoyable acidity. Towards the end you can sense the dried goji berry and mossy, leather like complex aroma that comes from the wooden barrel where this sake was brewed in. Finally it ends with a short dry finish. Everything comes and goes, no strings attached.
