This is a drinkable piece of art; complex and layered with so much depth. Take a sip and you will know it, you'll feel a chill run up your spine.
Tastes like: honey, powdered dark chocolate, intensive umami and layered flavors

Only if you chould have heard Sarah and Eriko screaming in joy when they first tried this sake. It was hard to believe how delightful it felt in the mouth.

The nose, the taste, the mouthfeel. From the begining to the end, it is pleasant.
Furthermore, this sake will uplift diverse kinds of food, also non-Japanese cuisine; stronger spices, oil and fat, heavy sauce, fish and meat and vegetables.

This sake is brewed from local rice grown without any pesticide. Using a single rice sort from one single rice filed and brewing in a single batch, the brewery brings out the uniqueness of the terrior. Matured in cold temperature since 2016.
