The nose, the taste, the mouthfeel. From the begining to the end, it is pleasant.
Furthermore, this sake will uplift diverse kinds of food, also non-Japanese cuisine; stronger spices, oil and fat, heavy sauce, fish and meat and vegetables.

This sake is brewed from local rice grown without any pesticide. Using a single rice sort from one single rice filed and brewing in a single batch, the brewery brings out the uniqueness of the terrior. Matured in cold temperature since 2015.
